12-Week strength Coaching
You've been training the same way for years, and the results have stalled. Or you got cleared by physio, but nobody gave you a plan for what comes after "cleared." Either way, the missing piece isn't effort — it's structure.
This coaching is built for people who are established in their life and career, and who refuse to let their body fall behind while everything else moves forward:
The parent, the professional, the high performer. You run a company, a team, a household, or all three. Three or four hours a week is what you have for training, and it isn't negotiable. You want the same rigour in your training that you apply everywhere else — a plan, a rationale, and someone tracking whether it's working.
The one coming back from injury. Physio is finished and the pain is gone, but you don't trust your body yet. We rebuild load step by step until returning stops feeling like a gamble.
The serious weekend athlete. Marathon, ski season, golf, martial arts — your sport isn't a phase, it's part of who you are. But at your pace of life, training happens in fragments, and fragments don't build a base.
